By far, ¡the easiest way to prepare lunch or dinner! This recipe makes everything seem difficult to do and also has a lot of nutrients.
Let’s see what it’s all about:
- 1 onion
- 1 pepper
- 1/2 glass with thawed peas
- Grated lemon peel
- A few mint leaves
- Cut the onion and the pepper and place the pieces in a saucepan over the fire with olive oil until they soften.
- Add peas, thyme, grated lemon peel, mint leaves, salt and pepper.
- They are left on the fire for 20 minutes.
